Website Revamp!
We are rolling out MDB3 v17.4 for public release! During this time we are taking the opportunity to completely revamp the website with an entirely new and comprehensive resource of information. This is a large and complex process and we are focusing on ensuring that our current clients are getting the support they need during their upgrade processes. If you want to upgrade your exiting systems then please get in touch with your account manager. If you are interested in purchasing a new system then please understand that we are fully booked until September 2018 and are unlikely to be able to offer you a high quality service until then. The MDB3 lifecycle has completed
Over the course of 2016 to early 2017 MDB3 is being phased out to be replaced by the latest version v17.4. Users on versions 17.3 and below are encouraged to upgrade for a huge range of additional features including full EPOS integration. The newest version will include many new features as well as fully customizable hardware options. Your private web interfaces for MDB3 will continue to work until the 1st of March 2018 on your current login details. Please contact your account manager for details. MDB4 will be released for public sale in June 2017.

The MDB3 Membership Facility Solution
The MDB3 out of the box solution is a membership management database which comes packaged ready for self-installation to keep costs down. No other membership manager comes in such a user-friendly, low cost combination.
In development over the last ten years the MDB3 product has evolved to meet the needs of our clients. MDB3 comes with extensions such as a full point of sale system which allows you to take payments over the counter, track stock and produce advanced management reports.
Security systems are also available as part of our package: no other company offers a fully comprehensive service like ours. We have our own, in-house developed RFID secure access system that will allow you to keep your facility open for longer and reduce staffing costs. We are partnered with Powerzone UK to produce high quality steel doors that will secure your entrance and allow our system to manage control using RFID enabled tags or ID cards.
Finally, a website purchased from us for your business will also be able to be integrated in to your membership management system, taking payments online seamlessly.

Versions For Every Purpose
MDB3 Classic comes with all the advanced features of the membership tracking offered using a sophisticated biometric barcode technology. Issue your members with their own, credit-card style membership cards and barcodes.
MDB3 Complete has all the features of the Classic version but with an extended Management Information System. Idea for managers of larger facilites (500+ members) or for facilities which require a greater need for data exporting or graphical reporting.
MDB3 Staffless is a powerful solution for facilities wishing to offer up to 24/7 access to their services. With wide ranging management utilities and custom built microcontrollers to regulate secure access the Staffless system is an increasingly popular choice.
